I love Curaçao weather it’s the place of warm breezes and powder sugar beaches or the Curaçao liqueur that is flavored with the dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit, grown on the island. I am in love with the colorful Dutch buildings and the way the locals speak.  I also look forward to cooking the Antilles cuisine, BBQ swordfish and fresh pineapple  so tasty so try mine and enjoy ! Wow! The Holy See is a anomaly in the smallest country in the world, Vatican City and  although the Holy See is closely associated with the Vatican City, the independent territory over which the Holy See is sovereign, the two entities are separate and distinct. Something to look up ! In the mean time look up the favorite meal in the Vatican Rigatoni Carbonara, try mine with some Pinot Grigio from Italy ! Manga Manga !

Hey I am so looking forward to South Africa 2018 can’t wait I am arriving Cape Town to Port Elizabeth then flying to Durban then to Swaziland, Kruger National Park and finally to Johannesburg! I can’t wait to taste the Fare and Sample the Wine! Until I get there I’m cooking up some Bobotie and you should too! Try with a bottle of  Pinotage  from Africa.        Gesondheid!!
