Saturday Night

We are vacationing in India ( can’t wait so excited ). We are going to New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi, my highlights are Taj Mahal, Elephant Rides, Forts, Museums, Ganges River and tons more but especially the food !!!! So last night I felt like a samosa and pineapple chutney, so I made a huge one, got the recipe from the BC liquor store book for spring 2018, look it up on line delish! So try this recipe from BC and have a great bottle of  Belleruche Côtes Du Rhône    Chiyars!
