Did you know that Norway won the most medals at the 2018 Winter Olympics and that this country hosted the Winter Olympics in 1994 in Lillehammer? Small country loads to do like fishing, hiking, skiing, visiting Viking ships, museums and  quaint fishing villages. Norway boasts interesting architecture, colourful wooden houses, the Northern Lights and for Fjords sake just go see !! While there have some Rakfisk or Fiskesuppe or just try my fish soup with a big glass of Buttery Chardonnay from Sonoma  County.                         Jubel!
