I got this recipe from the BC liquor store magazine they publish every season and am learning about wine and food pairings ta boot. I adore this recipe it’s light and fresh just fantastic for spring with orzo, shrimp, olives, tomatoes, chorizo and a light dressing. I paired this dish with el petit bonhomme blanco Salud !
