Italy Wow! full of everything from Venice and the Canals ( I had the freshest octopus salad so yummy)to Rome and the Coliseum ( it is massive ) from Naples and Pompeii (the best Margarita pizza I ever tasted ) to Florence ( first time having rabbit delicious)!!
Making you want Italian tonight ? well if you can’t jet off tonight then try this recipe for Amatriciana a Roman delight with pasta, have with a classic Chianti like Piccini or Mushroom Risotto from the north with a French Pinot Noir like Hob Nob. Tutti Mangiare!!!
