Poland is on the Baltic Sea and is flanked by Germany and Lithuania. poland is known for its medieval architecture, warm people and Jewish heritage. Poland has great shopping and late and lively nightlife.

Kotlety Schabowe (breaded pork chops) is so tasty and bright, I love this with loads of lemon, egg noodles and shaved parmigiana. One day I’ll get to visit Poland but for now try my kotlety schabowe and a great class of Grüner from  Wachau Terraces ! Na zdrowie!!
