Hopefully one day I can get to visit this part of the world.  A few years ago I was vacationing in Turkey and I loved the country, food and the people, so if the Syrians are like the Turkish I know I will love their country as well. In the mean time lets eat!! Stuffed Cousa (summer squash like zucchini) in lemon sauce. Try with a great bottle of Gabbiano Chianti!!  Fe Sehetak
